Ever Memorial Co: The Process

Creating your memorial piece is a seamless and caring process, designed to feel as easy and reassuring as possible during a difficult time.

Step 1 - Place Your Order

Choose your design and place your order online.

Step 2 - Receive Your Collection Kit

You will be sent a carefully curated collection kit. Inside, you will find everything you need to safely collect a small amount of your chosen inclusion (cremation ash, hair, fabric etc), along with clear instructions and a prepaid courier bag to send it back.

Step 5 - Delivered to You

Once complete, your piece will be beautifully packaged, alongside a free Ever Memorial Co. polishing cloth and sent back to you by courier - ready to wear, cherish and keep close to your heart.

Step 3 - Send the Collection Kit Back

Using the prepaid courier bag provided, simply send your collection kit back safely in the box provided. Only a small amount of your chosen inclusion is required, and any unused will be returned with your finished piece. Your kit includes the opportunity to share a little of your loved ones story with me if you wish.

Step 4 - Handcrafted with Care

Your jewellery is lovingly handcrafted, treating your loved ones cremains (or other inclusion) with the utmost respect and care throughout the entire process. You can even request a special song to be played during the process. The turnaround time is currently 8 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

What inclusions do you work with?

The most common inclusions we work with are cremation ashes of people or pets, however other popular inclusions include hair, fabric, and sand/soil. Please feel free to reach out for a chat about your ideas!

How much ash is needed?

Only a very small amount - your collection kit includes a small spoon to safely collect the ash, you only need to provide 2-3 scoops. Remaining inclusions are always returned with completed pieces.

Do you only create white stones?

White is always the default pigment used for creating stones however we are more than happy to work with you to create a custom order. It is important to remember when using naturally occurring inclusions such as ash or soil a perfect colour cannot always been guaranteed, even a white pigment can take on an off white or gray tone once set.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship nationwide around New Zealand. Your finished piece includes free shipping.

How long will it take to receive my finished piece?

We aim to have completed pieces on the courier to you within 8 weeks of the order date.
